Guide dog.

My bf is totally blind and relies on his guide dog when his dog goes out to spend a penny, hes scared sometimes as neighbours dogs are confrontational i warn it away from the fence with a shovel i dnt think the guide dog should feel intimidated in his own garden. Why should someone have to wait 2 yrs for a dog they need to be mauled by 2 mutts argh

Aw that's awful. Have you chatted to the neighbours?

Dinnae worry everytime dog comes to fence im ready with the shovel.

A bloody nuisance, ye that option sounds the best   

If you can have a word with the neighbour then do so. If not then contact the organisation that supplied the guide dog and see what they advize, they may be able to contact the neighbour, they may have more influence.
