Wanting to get a staff pup, what do I need to know

Hi all
We are looking at getting a staff pup and would be interested to hear what things I need to look out for.

We have 3 children and want to make sure we get a good pup with a good background.

I want to make sure I have done some proper research before we start the search. Where is the best place to look as I have come across a lot of scams out there

Please choose a registered breeder, there's too many puppy farms and casual breeders out there that can result in misery for the pups and their new owners.
