Debo's raw diet - update

And again sorry for not being around for suchhhhhh a long time. Busy, busy, busy.
Debo is loving his diet. He's having chicken, beef, lamb, white fish, turkey,liver, hearts, kidney. Twice a week we are adding egg. Still not sure about the pork meat or salmon. What's your opinion on that?
He's having just over 3% of his 19kg body weight

We had a little scare few weeks ago, Debo was choking on drumstick. I really thought I will lose him. Luckly my OH stayed calmed and helped Debo. I'm useless and I work with kids.
We also were givinning him one of those teeth sticks, he just loved them as a treat. But lately I think his body said ''Well, thats it, dont want that crap in me'', so Debo was sick every time he had one.
I want to do proper check up on Debo just to see what good staff the raw diet do to him. Anyone did this?
