Importing An English Staffy To Thailand

Hiya all
This is My first post so thankyou for the opportunity to ask My question.
I am trying to take My English Staffy with Me to Live in Thailand and without Him We will not go :-(
Thailand Have Banned American Bull Terriers and All Pitbulls.English Staffys are However not as such banned.
Because they look similar though and have the name of Bull Terrier many people have problems getting the Importation Permit.
Once I have a Permit then the rest should be OK.
My Boy is 11 now and the softest Dog You Could ever meet and He is amazing with Children.
My Question is this.
Does anyone know of any Bull Friendly Vets that will change the Breed of My dog to Mixed Breed instead of English Bull Terrier.
I have it on good authority that this would solve My problem.
