Julius k9 Y-belt

Has anyone tried the Julius k9 front control Y belt with D ring that attaches to the harness? It's supposed to give a more balanced control for your dog.

It looks like it works along the same lines as the Mekuti but to my mind the Mekuti would probably be better as it take the line right to the other side of the dog, so you get more of a lateral action and more of a block in front. Like any harness, it's not a magic wand, you have to teach the dog to understand it, but I've found it very effective. I've not tried the Julius harness so can't comment but to me it just looks like it doesn't take the line far enough.
