Rare colour, especially for a SBT !

Have a look at the pup on the top right, I think he’s blue tan !

I must say on the staffie sites I follow, 95% of litters are blue!
So rare to see the old colours now as they are not in fashion
We will end up with all blues with skin & other issues!

It looks like it, although it might end up blue brindle.

If it's a blue & tan (Isabella in dobes?) then that's a strange mix of colours in one litter.

Mum is blue, dad is brown/red brindle
Female pup is blue like mum, boys are black, brindle and the last which is advertised as “blue with brindle on head and paws”
I think it will stay blue and tan, rather than blue brindle as it has those characteristic tan markings, like Opium

Yes, seen that colouring in dobermans but all searches scream severe health problems probable.
TBH, I would much rather a blue & tan staffy than a merle one

Have the same problem here.
Most staffy ads have blue, either in parents or pups themselves.
There is also a very big breeder, here are the details of breeding stock :
32 females of which 7 are black, 24 are blue and one is champagne
7 males of which 6 are blue and one is black.
Of course, this breeder specializes in blue, breeding blue on blue where possible
That’s one hell of a factory for pups with problems ...

And wow... that is a lot of dogs!!! The biggest breeder I know of here in Ireland has no more than 5-6 bitches which I thought was a lot

I think with specifications I posted, it’s no longer considered as a breeder but a factory. Especially with fixed price for blue pup or black pup

As far as I'm aware, black (blue dilute) & tan is a hereditary colour. That's why I feel it'll end up blue brindle.
