Smelly staffie

Need help
My staffie is 15wks old and is passing wind all the time and he’s like a sewer, he’s on a special diet as he has allergies to lots of stuff, I have even got him a special bowl to stop him gulping his food, as I read that he could be taking in air when eating causing him to pass wind so much but he absolutely stinks
